The Global Future of Work Foundation (GFWF) and its President, Simon L. Dolan, recently reinforced their commitment to the future of work in Latin America during the successful ADRHA 2025 Congress, held on November 14th in Mar del Plata, Argentina.

Organized by the Argentine Human Resources Association (AdRHA), the congress focused on a crucial thesis highly aligned with the GFWF’s vision: Artificial Intelligence is no longer a promise—it is critical infrastructure. However, the real transformation and competitive advantage lie not just in technology, but in the human judgment used to integrate it.

Leading with Purpose and Human Judgment

Simon Dolan, who participated virtually via a video interview, shared the GFWF’s perspective on the strategic role of Human Resources in this new landscape. In the AI era, the HR function must transcend process management to become the leader of purposeful transformation.

The core message of his intervention resonated deeply with the audience:

“AI does not transform by itself. What makes the difference is the human judgment with which we integrate it into business and people’s lives… The true competitive advantage is not in the technology, but in how humanity converts it into strategy, purpose, and sustainable value.”

Dolan’s participation, alongside leaders such as Romina Cavanna (Pan American Energy) and Pablo Maison (Grupo Pérez Companc), solidified the idea that being an “HR Architect” in the age of AI means putting people at the center to ensure business sustainability through humanity.

A Resounding Hybrid Success

The ADRHA 2025 Congress was an outstanding success in terms of attendance, reflecting the urgent interest in these topics:

This impressive engagement of more than 700 HR professionals and business leaders confirms that the GFWF is setting the pace for strategic debates in the region. We thank AdRHA for creating this vital space to redefine the future of work.

The GFWF will continue to promote the purposeful and human-centered leadership necessary to navigate and design the future of work worldwide.
