The presentation was focused on the new landscape of future management including the new profile of the workforce and the new paradigms to be used. The future will be affected by three drivers: Digitalization, Globalization and Innovation. Accordingly, Prof. Dolan and participants discussed the challenges of creating a culture that foster innovation and can attract, retain and motivate talented employees.
The presentation is based on four recent books by the author. Two are of futuristic nature: “Beyond: Business and Society in transformation” (Palgrave MacMillan, 2008, with Mario Raich); and “Cyberness: The future reinvented” (Amazon, 2014, with Mario raich & Riane Eisler). The other two books are directly related to the challenges of managing people in Tomorrowland: “Cross Cultural competence” (Emerald, 2015 – with Kristine Kawamura), and: Liderazgo, Dirección y coaching por Valores: los 10 mandamientos para gestionar personas en el siglo XXI (Circulo Rojo, 2015).
